Having worked in the local Construction Industry for over 25 years, I am well versed in every facet of Project Management, as it applies at any point(s) in the entire process, no matter what the Project may entail.

My portfolio includes complex Projects up to 18M and nearly 13,000 sq ft under A/C. Beach-front homes, Penthouse Condos, an Attached Airplane Hangar. A custom home to be built on an island – no access other than by boat/barge! This extensive experience has provided me with unique insights into the process, ensuring successful Project completion.

To help along the way, I can leverage any of hundreds of local, Industry-wide contacts –including Architects, Engineers, Subcontractors and Vendors–whom I have built strong relationships with over my 25 years in the area:a deeper “bench” than any individual 🚩Typical Builder has.
