Mike Swanson has worked in the local Construction Industry for over 25 years, specializing in Cost Management. Projects up to 18M. Jobs as large as 13,000 sqft under A/C. Another had nearly 18,500 total sqft. Beach-front homes, Penthouse Condos, Attached Airplane Hangars. A custom home to be built on an island – no power or running water and no access other than by boat/barge!
Mike maintains strong relationships based on mutual respect with hundreds of Local Contacts across all facets of Construction that he can call on to help my Clients. His deep background provides a level of insight into the process that is unique in the local Industry.
